When you visit our website www.goh.de, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:
The aforementioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations of this in sections 4 and 5 of this data protection declaration.
For questions of any kind, we offer you the possibility to contact us via a form provided on the website. In doing so, it is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know from whom the inquiry originates and in order to be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. When you submit the contact form, an email is sent from our website to info@goh.de with the content of your request.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) of the GDPR on the basis of the consent you provided voluntarily.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted on our server after completion of your request.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We shall only share your personal information with third parties if:
We use cookies on our site. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.
In the cookie, information is stored that arises in each case in connection with the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we gain direct knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies serves on the one hand to make the use of our offer more convenient for you. We use so-called session cookies to recognise that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our site.
In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimise user-friendliness, which are stored on your end device for a certain fixed period of time. If you visit our site again to use our services, it is automatically recognised that you have already been with us and what entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again.
On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer for you (see section 5).
These cookies allow us to automatically recognise that you have already been with us when you visit our site again. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time.
The data processed by cookies is necessary for the aforementioned purposes to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of the GDPR.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, the complete deactivation of cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website.
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) of the GDPR. The WPStatistics extension is used to record visitor numbers. All collected data is stored exclusively on our own server. The IP addresses of the visitors collected in the course of the analysis are partially anonymised before being stored in the database, so that it is no longer possible to make a clear assignment to a particular visitor. With the tracking measures we use, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet the needs of our visitors and that it is continuously optimised. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate in the sense of the aforementioned provision.
To make it easier for you to find us, we have integrated map material from the Google Maps service from Google LLC into our website via an API. In order to display the content in your browser, Google needs to receive your IP address, otherwise Google could not provide you with this embedded content.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) of the GDPR, as the IP address is needed to deliver the content to you. In this processing, our cooperation with Google is based on a joint responsibility agreement pursuant to Art. 26 of the GDPR, which can be found at https://privacy.google.com/intl/de/businesses/mapscontrollerterms/.
Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
You have the right:
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
If you wish to make use of your right of revocation or objection, it is sufficient to send an email to info@goh.de.
We use the familiar and widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) during the website visit in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser.
As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can see whether an individual page of our website is encrypted by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
This data protection declaration is currently valid and has the status April 2021.
Due to the further development of our website and offers on it or due to modified legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to change this data protection declaration.
